So I am 3 months post op and have lost just about 30 pounds. While very excited about the weightloss so far I have been a little discouraged lately. I started off with just very light excersize, mainly walking, things seemed to be going quite well and weight seemed to come off quite steadily. For about the last month though I have stepped up the workouts quite a bit, and noticed that I'm only dropping about a pound or so every week. -I did better than that just dieting prior to WLS!! So... I have re-evaluated and found that I need to up my protein, and I have been neglecting my water... Yikes! I think I was down to just one bottle of water a day... (about 9 oz.)
Has anyone had trouble getting their at least 60oz of water?? I could really use any helpful tips at this point!
