hello, I was hoping someone could answer this. I am 4 weeks post op. I lost 24 lbs the first two weeks. I have lost nothing since. Has anyone experienced this?

Hello, thanks for your feedback. Yes, i have started losing and all is well. I was really starting to wonder what i had got myself into. All the feedback has helped a great deal both emotionally and physically. Thanks so much, take care!

I bet by now you've begun to lose again and all is well. I too stalled in my third week or so - I even went up on days!
I post my daily weight at my blog, in part to help others use me as a comparison if need be, to see my ups and downs and realize that they are not alone. (See: http://www.necessarymutilation.com)
Just the same, it can be freaky and discouraging to "stall" at any time in this process, and especially when we are just getting started!

Totally normal Laurie! It's just your body's way of adjusting to the DRASTIC changes.....you'll start losing again very soon and then have another drop off....so on...so on.... Just hang in there and try not to worry too much! :) Drink your water and follow your phases and you'll do GREAT!
