I am waiting for insurance approval. I am scheduled for surgery on Dec.1 but it isn't looking very good right now since I do not have my approval. I meet all the requirements of BCBS but they say they needed another copy of the nurition assessment ane the phsyc assessment. They had both and they meet their requirements. I so hope this comes through Monday morning.
