I just tried to get approved for palstic surgery through my insurance, AND WAS DENIED!! Apparently the criteria has changed AGAIN , to get approved for skin removal surgery , Im soo disappointed, im looking into possibly financing it now!! UGHHHHHHHH

I haven't lost anything in about 4 months. I reached 130 lbs loss at my year appointment and haven't moved either way since. I still want to loose about 40-60 lbs. What is the secrect to keeping it off. I worry about gaining it back.

- I am 4 1/2 yrs out from surgery-- lost 124 lbs. --- best thing I ever did for myself---it changed my life! Doing things I never thought I would be able to do again, and my health has gone from having 5 or 6 major issues, to taking NO medications and being healthy all the time. I wish I had done it 10 yrs earlier.
