I cannot eat any chinese food. At times beef can be a big NO NO! canned soup is okay if its not to salty. Sometimes I can eat something and then the next time It doesn't stay down. Don't know what happens.

I'm a 28 year old guy that wanted to watch his little girl grow up and not teach her the bad eating habits that he had. I'm almost 1-year post-op and couldn't be happier w/ my decision to have the surgery done.

My Highest Weight: 299 lbs.
My Weight Today: 185 lbs.

Watching the community grow.

It is so cool to see a community being formed organically. I haven't nor do I have the intention of trying to 'market' this site out to people. If you are considering the surgery or have had the surgery and this community has value for you, come on in. I enjoy watching as an outsider as relationships are being formed. It makes me feel good.

The scale is going the other way! WTF?!

So I'm over a year now post surgery and have lost 115 pounds at the most. Well, the scale is starting to go back the other way. I was around 190 for a while (no big deal), now I got on the scale beginning of this week and I'm at 195. WHOA.

I think it's probably just good hard busting my ass to get going again because that has definitely slowed down partly laziness, partly I rolled my ankle. ALSO!!!!!!!!!! I've been partaking (overly so) in Starbucks lattes on a regular basis. I'm sure that isn'… Continue

I am not much of a bar person either so I just meet people through friends. I guess I just worry that they will stereotype me as being weak. I haven't dated in about 10 years and boy is it rough out there.
