So I am 3 months post op and have lost just about 30 pounds. While very excited about the weightloss so far I have been a little discouraged lately. I started off with just very light excersize, mainly walking, things seemed to be going quite well and weight seemed to come off quite steadily. well i never thought it would be so wierd!!! six months post op and down 75 pounds wearing a size 12 a size 12!!! OMG unreal. i have been so lucky through out this entire process i have had no vomiting no nothing, i feel great. my knees are great. the arm skin however is soooooooooooo GROSSS i have all these cute little shirts that i bought but they have no sleeves and that aint happening! the stomach not too bad i had already had 2 c sections and a hystereectomy so it was not too cute to begin… Continue

Hello, does anyone have any suggestions on what to drink besides crystal lite, water? I am not alcohol drinker so I am looking for something other than those two things. Thanks.
